πThe fall equinox marks the beginning of astronomical fall in the Northern Hemisphere with a shift toward shorter days and longer nights. The change in daylight hours can impact various aspects of life, including our sleep patterns, mood, and even our connection to nature. The equinox is a time for introspection and letting go of what no longer serves us as we prepare for the quieter and darker months ahead. As we acknowledge this shift, it's an ideal time to pause and nourish the body and mind. πJoin Karen and Sara as they lead a soothing sound bath, moving through a medley of instruments to aid in the full release to yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is a guided meditation which supports an experience of complete relaxation. Students will be systematically guided into a state between sleeping and wakefulness, often referred to as βyogic sleep.β Connection to each point in the body, each fingertip, toe, joint, and limb gets βplugged inβ during the experience which brings increased awareness of the senses and sensations of the physical body.
