Based on the iconic animated film and beloved children's book, this brand-new holiday musical comes to Eau Claire for the very first time! With a heart "two sizes too small", the Grinch despises the annual Christmas festivities in Who-ville. Fed up, he carries out a plan to stop them once and for all, only to learn about the real meaning of Christmas.AUDITIONS: Prepare a 30-60 second cutting from any Broadway, Disney or holiday song. Bring your accompaniment on a device- phone, ipad, laptop, etc. No a cappella auditions. There will be no dance audition.
ROLES: 5 males and 2 females ages high school to adult including Grinch, Max, Old Max, and the Who Family; 2 boys and 3 girls ages 8-14 including Cindy-Lou Who, as well as a large singing/dancing ensemble of Who families ages 8-Adult.
REHEARSALS: Generally 2-4 nights per week Monday through Thursday from 7-9:30pm with some weekend dance rehearsals starting September 24.
SHOWS: 4 public performances November 21-23 at the Pablo Center RCU Theatre.
