Join the Highland Park Library as we celebrate November with this colorful and creative class on twisting balloons into amazing shapes. Participants will be guided through making perfect pumpkins, fabulous fall hats, bold black cats, and more!

Suitable for ages 6 and up. Please note that the balloons are made of latex.
