OCCUR is an Oakland-based nonprofit that provides vital capacity-building support to faith-based organizations through its A Model Built on Faith program. This flagship initiative supports faith-based nonprofits across the Bay Area, helping them expand their reach and enhance their community impact.
To better serve these organizations, OCCUR is launching a one-day annual conference, Faith Forward: Innovation, Collaboration, and Collective Impact, which will explore innovative strategies for collaboration, securing funding, and driving positive change. The event will focus on three key areas: Economic Development, Housing, & Grassroots Organizing with the goal to spur collaboration and deepen partnerships among nonprofits in the Bay Area.
