About this Event
Faith Forward — Weekly Gathering for Single Moms + Kids
Faith Forward is a free, family-friendly, weekly gathering for single mothers who want to focus on their own spiritual growth while creating a healthy, grounded faith experience their children can witness in real time.
This space was created by a single mother who needed something different for her faith than what traditional systems and churches often offer. It is faith-based, but not church-based, and is designed to be intentional, regulated, and forward-focused.
Children are welcome to be present, play, and engage in simple activities while mothers and children remain in the same space. There is no formal childcare, but the environment is set up to support shared presence and connection.
What This Gathering Centers
- Faith-forward, growth-oriented discussion
- Personal spiritual development (not relationship-focused)
- Modeling resilience, discernment, and hope for children
- Community built through presence, shared meals, and conversation

What This Gathering Is Not
- Trauma-dumping or open venting sessions
- Crisis or court-related processing during group time
- Relationship or co-parenting discussion within the gathering
- Group therapy or church programming
*Connection and support around lived realities are encouraged outside of the gathering, while this time together remains intentional and grounded.
