AYRx (Aerial Yoga Rx) is the latest expression of “Regenerative Therapeutix” applied to the Aerial Yoga Play practice. It is specifically designed to address injury, illness, and health concerns with the poses and sequences learned in the AYP program. It is safe and effective for every level of experience and age. AYRx is creating one of the most beneficial ways of using gravity to accelerate healing, while building strength, balance, and openness. You will be amazed at how much better you can feel.
In this 20+ hour “Regenerative Therapeutix” training with Jen Healy, Founder of Aerial Yoga Play & AYRx, you will learn:
–The 12 systems & functions of the body and how to use the swing for regeneration
–Yogassage: stretches & bodywork in the swing using gravity to relieve pain/tension
–Applied therapeutic techniques for injury and ailments
–Safe use of the yoga swing equipment for injury and ailments
–Adjustments: Spinal alignment and back problems in the yoga swing.
–Special study cases where the swing has been incredibly useful
–8 easy ways to correct postural issues
–Boosting immune system, hormone, and energy levels with the swing
*Program includes a certificate of completion with .20 hours of CEC’s through Yoga Alliance, manual, and review videos
~~ What’s the difference between taking the workshops and the training?~~
— The workshops are for EVERYONE. NO experience necessary. It is a taste of what we do in the training.
–The training is for teachers/professionals that want to get CERTIFIED to teach this style of yoga/movement therapy (workshops included in the training) .
You do not need to be a yoga teacher, although it is helpful to know the postures for the training.

AYP LEVEL I: BASIC TRAINING (FRIDAY ONLY) 6 HOURS
AYP LEVEL II: INTERMEDIATE (FRI & SATURDAY) 12 HOURS
AYRx THERAPEUTIX LEVEL I: (ALL 3 DAYS) 18 HOURS
AYRX (MODULE II): (ALL 4 DAYS) 24 HOURS
TIMES: 11-6PM EVERYDAY with public WORKSHOPS 4-6pm
LENGTH: 6, 12, or 24 HOUR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
INVESTMENT: $750 (Basic) – 2500 (Full program)
WORKSHOPS ONLY: $240 for 4 days/ $75 drop-in
