Faith & Fitness with Coach Christie

Faith & Fitness is a six-week, women-only program designed to strengthen your body, renew your mind, and deepen your faith — all in a supportive, encouraging community.
Each 90-minute class is thoughtfully structured to nourish you from the inside out. We’ll begin with a short devotion rooted in the core principles of The Daniel Plan, followed by a workout that meets you where you are — beginner-friendly with optional advanced progressions. Classes wrap up with a guided cool down, stretching, time for prayer requests, and reflection.
This program isn’t about perfection or pressure. It’s about building sustainable habits, growing stronger together, and creating space to care for your health while staying grounded in faith.
