Let’s come together and discuss how to help someone who may be experiencing a mental health crisis and how to recognize and respond to the signs of substance use disorders.What is Mental Health First Aid?Mental Health First Aid is an interactive, educational course that provides participants with the tools to:
- Recognize the signs and symptoms of mental health challenges and substance use disorders.
- Provide initial support to individuals in crisis.
- Offer guidance on how to connect someone with the appropriate resources and professionals.
