The May full moon is traditionally known as the Flower Moon, a name rooted in Indigenous traditions (like those of the Algonquin and Ojibwe) to celebrate the abundance of wildflowers that burst into bloom this time of year. Symbolically, it’s a time of growth, renewal, and blossoming potential—making it the perfect backdrop for a ride that transitions from the bright energy of the day into the quiet beauty of the night.

When: Monday, May 4th @ 7:30 PM
Where: Meet out front of The Hello Hi in Downtown on Phillips Ave.
The Ride: A casual, hour-long cruise along the Big Sioux River Greenway as the sun dips below the horizon and the night sky takes over.

Whether you prefer the smooth roll of the paved trail or want to kick up a little dust, we’ve got you covered. We’ll be heading toward Yankton Trails and back, with options split between the main paved path and the singletrack.
Helmets and lights are a must for this ride.
🍹 After the Ride
Once we roll back into downtown, the night doesn’t have to end! For those 21+, we encourage you to stick around and enjoy the hospitality of The Hello Hi.
