This course offers a full immersion experience into meditation, with several guided exercises explored each evening and a strong focus on practice.
A three part structured course, ‘Extreme Peace’ is for those wanting to make meditation an integral part of their New Year goals and become familiar with a wide range of meditation skills. Taught by Jogyata Dallas, an international presenter and author who also looks at the wider aspects of spiritual, mental and physical health as part of the foundation for happiness and peace.
