A soundbath is an immersive, full-body listening experience that offers both mind and body therapeutic and restorative practices.

Sound therapy is an ancient wellness practice for self-healing, relaxation and self-care. It was rediscovered in the 1960s on the US West Coast and has since become a much studied, researched and practised subject area in the West.
The benefits of sound therapy have become widely recognised as a significant therapeutic treatment option. It can help mental, emotional and physical release, as well as the more spiritual aspects that can help people to go on a journey of deeper self-understanding and improve health and wellbeing.
In this extended soundbath, let Gerhard guide you into a profound relaxed state. It will allow participants to delve much deeper. It’s a 90-minute immersive reset for your nervous system. Bathe in the resonant waves of crystal bowls and gongs as they wash away mental chatter and guide you into a state of radical stillness. Give yourself permission to simply be.
Before the soundbath, Gerhard will explain briefly the proven and researched theories behind the different sounds and the altered states of consciousness evoked.
