About this Event
As a social choreographer, Ernesto Pujol speaks of his cultural field practice as based on a methodology of vulnerability that triggers trust as the foundation for decolonizing and grounding public art. This three-hour immersive workshop is based on the basic training that Pujol provides his listener performers. It commences with a personal presentation on what the artist calls the intimate architecture of listening, followed by a group exercise that elicits individual listening memories, inviting sensitive participant interaction and culminating in a final moment of shared experiences.
Open to Penn students, faculty and staff only. Requires Green Penn Open Pass and face mask.
Space is limited. If you register and are not able to attend, please email [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to the event.
