Come join us at Groundwork CLM Wigan Office for a Roots to Wellbeing course taster event centered around the practice of mindfulness.

The session will be interactive with guided exercises,to support you to cultivate awareness and find peace in the present moment.

On our 10 week course we cover the five ways to wellbeing including being present in the moment. During the workshop we will also discuss the structure and the topics covered during the course.
