If you’ve been curious about meditation but don’t know where to begin, this gentle session is a good place to start.
Join Jules for a relaxed afternoon at Brew with Grace to explore several simple meditation practices designed to help the mind slow down and the body settle.
During the session, participants have the option to try a few types of meditation including breath awareness, body awareness, visualisation, and mindful eating and drinking.
Take this opportunity to pause, notice, and experience different ways of being present.
No prior meditation experience is needed.
