Learn why we react when we feel hurt, ignored, or overwhelmed.
About this Event
Relationships can sometimes feel confusing.
Why do some of us cling tightly when we feel insecure, while others pull away or shut down when emotions rise?
Attachment patterns shape how we experience closeness, conflict, and emotional safety in ways we may not even realise. This shows up at home, friendship and in relationships.
In this reflective and interactive workshop, you will explore how attachment influences the way we connect with partners, friends, and loved ones.
Through guided discussion prompts and a art reflection activity, you will begin to recognise your own patterns and learn ways to communicate your needs more clearly.
This session is designed individuals to connect with like minded friends. Whether you are single, in a relationship, or simply curious about your emotional patterns.
No psychology or art background required.
