Exploring Character Comedy
Join a community of comedy fans on this brand-new six-week celebration and exploration of the wonderful world of character comedy.

What will we do?
- Explore and analyse the performances and techniques of some of the great comedians and their characters.
- Share and enjoy insights and discussions about favourite comedy characters from Stage, TV, and film.
- Consider the unique and enduring appeal of character comedy.
* This could include, but is not limited to characters such as Alan Partridge, The Pub Landlord, Count Arthur Strong, Basil Fawlty, Mr. Bean, Norman Wisdom, Chaplin, Laurel & Hardy, Mrs Merton, Borat, David Brent, Miranda, local legend Barbara Nice & many more inspired by you!
