Social : Take Back Control of Your Time and Achieve More by doing Less

Life is busy, noisy, distracting, and chaotic at times, with too much to do, and never enough time to get it all done, along with a constant pull on our Time from multiple directions … and it never stops! It’s no wonder many are left feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and frustrated at the lack of progress for all their hard work and long hours.

This workshop is about understanding why, and more importantly, how we can approach our work, and our life differently, to ensure we do have the Time and Focus we need to get the important stuff done, that will truly make the difference.

My aim is for you to leave this workshop …

• Having identified ways you can Free Up Time and reduce your workload both immediately, and over the next few weeks and months

• Protect your Time from interruption so you can get more stuff done

• Eliminate the constant stream of distractions and increase focus

• Ultimately reduce the busyness, long hours and overwhelm being experienced by so many

• We will also identify ways you can incorporate the additional Time and work required from being part of the NatWest Accelerator Program into your schedule.

• And how to implement and create lasting change from the things you take away from events like this one

My first 20-years of working life were within retail, starting as a Sales Assistant, and over the years progressing to Manager, onto HR Manager, and the final nine years of corporate life as a Field Manager. I worked for companies like Iceland, Morrisons, Texaco, and my final 5 years at LloydsPharmacy, with 27 Stores, a Team of 350 and annual turnover of £35 million.

After 18 years, I, along with my colleagues, were all working 80 to 90 hours a week!  Out of desperation, I completely changed the way I worked, and within a month got my hours down to about 40, and went on to have the two most successful years of my 20-year career.

Since leaping off the corporate cliff in 2010 and setting up TimeSmart, I have since been helping Business Owners, Managers and Teams do exactly what I did, to simply achieve more by doing less, and in less Time!  My guiding principle is

SLOW DOWN > DO LESS > ACHIEVE MORE
