Poppy Laila - Personal Development and Inclusion Manager, Kaplan Financial
Poppy 's career in education and apprenticeship has seen her involvement in coordinating additional learning needs provisions to maximise equity for all learners by removing any barriers and making learning as inclusive as possible. Additionally, she is the current careers lead at Kaplan, a qualified Mental Health First Aider and safeguarding representative. Poppy chairs the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and Careers Information, Advice, and Guidance (CIAG) champions at Kaplan to promote equality, diversity and inclusivity in all areas of education and apprenticeship.

The link will also be sent again as a reminder two days, and 2 hours, before the webinar. This event will be run as a Zoom meeting with two way video and audio. The session will be recorded.
