Have tons of fun at our jam-packed, fun and faith-filled day camps! Explore the property with time for discovery, games, crafts, ecology programming, visiting the animals, prayer, and more!
The Catholic Ecology Center sits on nearly 60 acres, part of a 225-acre preserve complex, of diverse habitats including prairies, forests, the Rubicon River, Otter Creek, a pond, and organic gardening areas.
Explorer Day Camps are for kids ages 5-12 years old. Camps run from 9:30am-2:30pm.
Tuesday, July 28th: Fun on the Farm
Get ready to get messy! Come explore the farm and gardens at the CEC, and learn how they work to produce delicious food. Help take care of our farm animals, W**d in the gardens, and enjoy more fun activities to learn about farming and caring for the land.
Dive deep as we learn about soil and compost, and learn how crops get planted and started. Look up at the tall plants as we search for pollinators that help them make tasty fruits and vegetables. Take care of our chickens, goats, and pig and learn how each of these contributes to our dinner tables.
Encounter Christ in a new way as the Good Shepherd who provides us with all of these incredible gifts that allow us to live and thrive.
**Important Notes:
New this year: you may request up to two campers to be in a group with. We will do our best to honor these requests. Please note that requests are not guaranteed.

There are a limited number of free Teen Helper spots for kids ages 13-17 years old who would like to help with a group for the day. Please select Teen Helper tickets as an "Add On" item.
All campers need to come with water bottles and lunches.
Online registration only. Ticket sales close at 3pm the day before the camp.
Refunds not available within two weeks of the camp date.
