Many of us grew up without a clear sense of purpose that was truly ours.
Some learned to shape themselves around what was expected, who to be, how to succeed, what would be approved of, slowly drifting away from their own inner compass.
Others learned to push, strive, and perform, chasing purpose through productivity, achievement, or proving their worth.
Both patterns live in the solar plexus chakra, the center of identity, direction, choice, self-trust, and inner authority.
This workshop isn’t about finding your purpose by thinking harder or setting bigger goals.
It’s about reconnecting with the place inside you where purpose naturally arises.
Together, we’ll gently explore:
✨ What purpose feels like in your body, not just as an idea, but as a lived sensation
✨ The childhood messages that shaped how you learned to define success, worth, and direction
✨ The parts of you that overperform, overthink, doubt, or freeze when it comes to “what you’re here to do”
✨ Where your sense of self became shaped by obligation rather than truth
✨ How your solar plexus holds personal and ancestral patterns around power, visibility, confidence, and self-trust
You’ll be guided through a blend of parts work, somatic movement, authentic relating, and guided visualization with energy weaving, all designed to help you reconnect with your inner compass and feel purpose from the inside out.
This is not about forcing clarity or having it all figured out.
It’s about remembering how to listen to yourself.
This workshop is for you if:
