Experiments in Situ(English below)

Experiments in Situ
Consciousness remains one of the great unresolved questions in philosophy and science. What is it – and how can we know when a living being is truly self-aware?
Questions of consciousness and intentionality have taken on renewed urgency in an age shaped by artificial intelligence. Can advanced systems of intelligence - perhaps even mechanical ones - possess a soul?
These fundamental questions of human agency are explored through tech-driven installations in photography, film, and sound art, created in situ through artistic dialogue.
Presented as a two-week experimental period, “Experiments in Situ” brings together interactive installations, workshops, and the first in a new series of performative, audience-engaged photography events titled “Philosophical Photoshoots”.
The exhibition is curated by contributing artists Kim Wyon, Rika Yasui, and Alexandra Shander of Dark Gallery CPH, with guest artist Karl Chueiri Heding.
