Experience the Calver Telescope during The National Lottery Open Week

The Armagh Observatory and Planetarium will be opening its largest telescope dome to the public on Tuesday 10th March from 2pm until 4pm.
We have been conducting astronomical research for over 200 years, and we want to show off some of our amazing telescopes. Discover the difference between historic and modern telescopes during this unique event.
For parking, please use Armagh Planetarium carpark. Then check in at the Planetarium reception where you will be shown how to get to the telescope. Your ticket includes access to the exhibition area.
