PRE-PARTY EVENT (5PM - 7PM)

Join us for an event filled with complimentary face painting, a vibrant mariachi concert featuring dancers and a stilt walker, and an array of vendors for all your shopping needs. Your ticket guarantees a premium experience with exclusive in and out privileges at our hotel and bar and access to indoor lounge seating, multiple restrooms, and several bars to ensure minimal wait times. What time can I start arriving? + Where is the check-in location?
- Check-in will start at 5pm and will end at 7pm
- Check-in will be on the Ground Level of Hotel Contessa! We will have a designated check-in line (You will need to check in to gain access to the pre-party + parade chair)
What do I need to bring to gain access?
- You will need to present your ticket. (Printed or Mobile work)
Will there be parking?
- Hotel Contessa will not provide parking; parking will be reserved for hotel guests. To access the property, we suggest ridesharing or the VIA bus.
How does seating work?
- Customers choose their seats on the vendor map | Pre-assigned seating
- We can not move seats once tickets are purchased.
