As the energy of the season invites new beginnings, this experience helps you soften old patterns, open your awareness, and create space for what is ready to emerge.
Through the immersive experience of sound and frequency—using gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, voice, and other instruments—you will be guided into a deeply relaxed state where the body can unwind, the mind can quiet, and the nervous system can recalibrate. From this grounded place, expansion becomes safe, natural, and supported.
This session invites you to release what no longer aligns, restore your inner balance, and gently expand into greater clarity, creativity, and flow.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, more open, and energetically renewed—with a deeper sense of trust in yourself and the path unfolding ahead.
Event Details & Preparation:
Eat lightly a few hours before the meditation.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Bring a pillow and blanket for comfort.
Chairs are available upon prior request (please email before the event).
Bring water to support your body during and after the session.
