Exhale debuted in 2021 as solely a one-day dance workshop, but has since evolved into a community giveback initiative. Exhale strives to not only be a supportive environment for dancers to enhance dancing ability, but also an opportunity to teach community responsibility. Last year alone, Exhale donated over $10,000 to reduce stigma and normalize pediatric mental health! A portion of the proceeds for this event will be donated to Pediatric Mental Health!
Exhale is coming to Charlotte, NC on Sunday November 10, 2024! Each session ends with an Improv Battle!

There will be 2 sessions:
AM: Dancers Ages 4-11
PM: Dancers Ages 12 & Up
Pricing is as follows:
Mini (Ages 4-7): $100
Junior (ages 8-11): $110
Teen (Ages 12-15): $120
Senior (Ages 16 & Up): $120
*Pricing will increase by $10 after July 31st
