This special evening will be held on Thursday, August 28th, 2005, at 7:00 PM, accommodating an intimate group of up to 80 dining guests.Guests will enjoy Lake Chalet’s renowned East Bay three-course Prime Rib & Martini menu, spotlighting expertly prepared prime rib cuts, including The Gondola (8 oz.), Chalet of Prime Rib Cut (12 oz.), and Big Lake Cut (16 oz.). Each succulent prime rib dinner includes a Caesar Salad, Yorkshire Pudding, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Garden Creamed Spinach, and Fresh Cream of Horseradish Sauce. For dessert, guests can indulge in selections such as Chocolate Torte, White Chocolate Bread Pudding, Guava Crème Brûlée, or Butter Cake.
Complementing the Evening will be classic cocktails featuring Sustainable Craft Whiskey & Bourbon, handmade locally by Redwood Empire Whiskey from Northern California.
