Phase 1: Strategy and Technical Foundation

Establishes the essential knowledge base for making informed investment decisions.

  • Strategy & Budgeting: Defining AI strategy aligned with core business objectives and addressing the basics of budgeting for AI investment.

  • Data Readiness: Assessing Data Architecture, including the role of Data Lakes and Lakehouses, to establish a Minimal Viable Data Foundation.
  • Responsible AI: Practical steps for maintaining trade secrets, PII security, protecting against Prompt Injection, and establishing a right-sized governance approach.


Phase 3: Execution and Organization

Details the process of turning strategy into action and building the organizational structure to sustain it.

  • Prioritization: Building a weighted use-case backlog by assessing value, urgency, and feasibility.
  • Build vs. Buy: A framework for weighing internal development against external solutions, analyzing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
  • Organizational Structure: Establishing the central AI/Data organization and AI Governance Council for ongoing oversight.


Phase 4: Culture, Deep Dive, and Application

Focuses on long-term changes needed for continuous growth and hands-on learning.

  • Cultural Shift: Establishing Data and AI Literacy across the organization and promoting adoption through AI Evangelization.
  • Applied Learning: Industry-specific use case discussions and scenario-based problem solving.
