Since 61 individuals were charged with RICO in connection with the Defend the Atlanta Forest movement in August 2022, ACPC has been documenting who some of the ATL61 are in their own words. Victor is an indigenous activist who was charged with domestic terrorism and RICO for his alleged involvement with the Defend the Atlanta Forest movement. He spent a cumulative 12 months behind bars in J*il and ICE detention. Hear Victor tell his story.
