Join Cat as she shares 5 yogic ways to be happy. The recipe guarantees you can create your own best happiness ever. A small commitment of your time, together in community with lots of fun and sharing to enJOY, sets you up for success. Cat will share her ingredients, and you get to mix it all up in a take-and-make opportunity. No baking experience required, yogis and non-yogis are all welcome. Teens are welcome to this workshop, ages 13 +. Dress for comfort and movement.

Cat has a passion for teaching beginners, combining loving kindness with a focus on self-care and self-discovery to welcome students of all levels. She believes in the transformative power of breath and creates a nurturing environment for all ages and abilities. On the faculty of the Wilbraham & Monson Academy, she also specializes in guiding young adults in the practice and philosophy of yoga.
