Host: Claudia Aguero, BSc, MSc (Candidate), NNCP
Info: Claudia is a Peruvian-trained nutritionist and a Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner (NNCP) in Canada, as well as a professional member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners (CANNP). She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Human Nutrition and has completed postgraduate studies in Public Nutrition.
With over 10 years of experience, Claudia supports individuals and families in building healthier, sustainable eating habits through practical, evidence-based nutrition. Her focus includes healthy weight management and family nutrition.
She is also the founder of a large Spanish-speaking nutrition community, where she shares educational content and simple, delicious recipes. In her free time, Claudia enjoys cooking, playing tennis, and supporting the Choices community through nutrition education.
