Where: Virtual (ZoomGov)
Registration via EventBrite is required to join the event. A confirmation email containing the Zoom link will be sent approximately 24 hours prior to the event. If a confirmation email is not received, contact [email protected].
Virtual Platform: You do not need the Zoom app installed on your device to join the event. You may join through the web browser or use the dial-in only option. Zoom works best with Chrome. For technical issues, work with your agency's IT Help Desk. Please use your Event Link or dial in information to enter the room at least 10 minutes before the start time.
Sound: You can access audio for the event through the speakers on your computer or mobile device or by using headphones or earbuds. We will not be able to assist with technical issues, including sound, once the event has started, so please check your device before the event begins. We will do a sound check early in the event.
Accessibility: Closed captioning will be made available for all participants. If you require another accommodation, please contact [email protected] no later than 10 days before this event.
