About this Event
You made it through Monday. Now arrive fully in yourself. Evening Unwind is a restorative practice that moves through postures connected with the body’s seven energetic centers. No belief in chakras is required; this is simply a whole-body framework that helps release tension and restore balance. Each posture is supported by crystal singing bowls tuned to those centers from root to crown. We close with an extended savasana and spacious sound bath with bowls, gongs, and complementary instruments for deep rest and centered clarity.
Each class is unique. The selection of postures and instruments may change while the overall intention remains full-body release and reset.
Level/Age: All levels, 18+
Props: Mats, props, blankets provided. Herbal tea served at the end of class.
Doors: Open 6:15 PM, close 6:40 PM (no late entry after doors close)
