Evening Reset: Somatic Movement + Sound Bath

This guided experience begins with gentle somatic movement to support grounding and awareness, followed by a deeply immersive sound bath to promote relaxation and inner stillness.

✨ Event Flow:

• Arrival + settling: 5:50 – 6:00 PM

• Guided somatic movement: 6:00 – 6:30 PM

• Sound bath experience: 6:30 – 7:15 PM

• Integration + closing: 7:15 – 7:30 PM

To preserve the flow of the experience, we kindly ask that guests arrive between 5:50–6:00 PM. The session will begin promptly at 6:00 PM.
