Join us at our evening meditation session with Susan Olin-Dabrowski. Meditation can help you reduce stress and cultivate balance in your life. We explore a variety of seated meditation techniques, including mindfulness and guided imagery. These sessions are a wonderful monthly gathering for both beginners and experienced meditators alike. Come stressed and leave relaxed and restored!Susan is a certified Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master-Teacher, and Meditation Teacher, who has been leading meditations regularly since 2011. She's honored to share her knowledge and experience and to support others in their meditation journey.
