About this Event
HOME FLOW
HOME is a movement, breathwork and meditation experience. Over the years of trying to find my own home in this world, I have learned many modalities to help come home to myself in my body. This is the intention of HOME: to help others come home to themselves in their body. When we allow this, we allow authentic connection and expression with others as well.
All of you is welcome at HOME. Together we will go on a journey that may feel like climbing a mountain. There will be waves of playfulness, peace, intensity, rest, resistance and expansion. The invitiation is to fully allow yourself to ride the waves. The goal is never to be perfect, but to allow the fullness of the experience to be. You are free to be you.
Sound and guidance is received through the use of silent disco headphones. This creates a unique expreience that allows you to step into our own bubble together. I find it allows the mind to ease up on fear of what other's may think. You are welcome to make sound, sing, cry and/or scream! You are invited to take up space, play, get weird and silly! Anything and everything that wants to be expressed is allowed.
"The deeper meaning of HOME transcends a physical building, representing a sanctuary of belonging, safety, and self-identity, rooted in emotional connections, shared memories, love, and acceptance, serving as a base for rest, growth, and refuge from the outside world, though it can also be a source of pain, evolving with us across time and culture. It's where we are truly known, find peace, and connect to our past while building our future."
