Evan Berke is a standup comedian and producer residing in Nashville. He started his comedy career as an 18-year-old freshman at College of Charleston, and over the years has showcased at many legendary clubs around the country including Gotham and Comic Strip in New York, The Comedy Store and Ice House in Los Angeles, and Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club in Las Vegas.
Low Country
Evan’s deft charm and love for interviewing positioned him well to be an On-Air Reporter for TMZ from 2017-2019, where his interviews and segments were viewed by millions. In 2023, Evan self-produced and self-released his first comedy special and album, Twice Removed, which debuted no. 1 on the iTunes Comedy Charts.

Beau Monde
From Baltimore to Charleston, Nashville, and back again, Chris Wilcox’s songwriting journey is a reflection of the familiar road that still leads to unlikely places. His latest project, aptly titled Beau Monde, translates directly to “A Beautiful World.” This sentiment is deeply felt across a batch of songs created with a new lease on life that comes from shedding the expectations of the Nashville machine in favor of a simpler and more joyful approach to crafting music.
Bringing in a collection of friends and accomplished musicians and producers from Charleston, SC, Chris takes solace in a new Low Country home, newfound fatherhood, and arriving on the brighter side of health challenges. In this light, Beau Monde is a family affair. Noted Southeastern producers Ryan Zimmerman (Band of Horses) and Matt Zutell (Doom Flamingo, Winyah) take on rare co-production roles to bring the project to life with members of their respective studio bands in tow: Ross Bogan (Doom Flamingo), Christian Chidester (Brave Baby), and Aaron Utterback (Human Resources).

Macelyn Batten
Country singer/songwriter Macelyn Batten is a new flame in the NC/SC music scene. A southeastern North Carolina native, Batten was inspired by classic country artists like Patsy Cline, Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Kris Kristofferson, Loretta Lynn and Hank Williams Sr at an early age. Although a newcomer to the Charleston music scene, Batten has performed at a number of local and regional venues including Charleston’s own Windjammer, and countless other spots around town. She currently holds weekly residencies at both Frontier Lounge and Estuary Brewing, and a bi-weekly residency at The Harlow— all in the Charleston area.She is planning to record and release her first EP in 2025 with the help of local Charleston producer, Wolfgang Zimmerman.Instagram: @macelynbatten
