About this Event
Europe in Simmeringer Klangfarben will be a special musical evening bringing together the tradition of the Wiener Lied with European musical landscapes, celebrating the cultural diversity of Europe in the heart of Simmering.
At the center of the concert stands the encounter between different musical traditions: Wiener Lied, classical music, elements of world music and song traditions from various European regions enter into a vivid artistic dialogue. The result is a concert experience that combines artistic refinement with an immediate and heartfelt connection to the audience.
The evening will be performed by three internationally active musicians: soprano Rodica Vica, accordionist Marija Antunovic and harpist Marie-Candide Rugigana. Together, voice, accordion and harp create a rich and colorful sound world full of nuance and emotion.
With this concert, Vox Anima Vienna wishes to create a space for cultural exchange, openness and musical encounter in the heart of Simmering.
