Wonderful DJ music accompanies and inspires you on this dance journey. The 120 minute dance wave starts with a gentle intro then advancing through soft movements, evolving into medium to high intensity and after some space for cathartic moments makes you land safely in deep relaxation. After the dance wave you may feel reborn, recharged, excited or deeply relaxed. Take this great state into worldly life, continue celebrating with it inside &/or return home refreshed and alive, ready for your week
