Eugene: Kids Wheel throwing Pottery workshop

This all-inclusive wheel throwing class offers children a chance to experience the pottery wheel in a gentle, highly supported environment, alongside a parent or guardian.

Each class includes one dedicated wheel seat, allowing your child to receive hands-on guidance from the instructor with parent support at the wheel. Children will explore how clay moves, spins, and responds—focusing on the experience rather than the outcome.

Because the wheel can be sensory-intense, this class is intentionally small, calm, and flexible, allowing children to engage at their own comfort level. Observation, touch, and partial participation are all welcome.
