Moderated by Lookout reporters Grace Chinowsky and Elon Glucklich, candidates for Ward 4 and Ward 6 will speak from 4:30–5:30 p.m., followed by candidates for Ward 3 and Ward 5 from 5:45–6:45 p.m.
