The 21st Annual Event of the European Technology Platform on Nanomedicine
About this Event

Join us in Dublin, Ireland, from 17 to 19 June 2026 for ETPN2026, the 21st annual event of the European Technology Platform on Nanomedicine, hosted at RCSI University of Medicine and Health Sciences.

This fully in-person event brings together the European nanomedicine community for three focused days designed to be more useful, more interactive and more strategically relevant than a classic overloaded scientific conference.

ETPN2026 is built around what really matters for the field today:

  • real clinical needs
  • scientific excellence
  • translational complexity
  • regulatory and industrial realities
  • funding and implementation challenges
  • European collaboration and opportunity

Rather than feeling like “just another symposium”, ETPN2026 is designed as a place where researchers, clinicians, start-ups, SMEs, industry, translational experts, European projects and ecosystem leaders can connect around the real conditions needed to move innovation closer to patients.

Why attend?

A clinically grounded programme
The event opens from the perspective of unmet clinical needs and keeps a strong focus on patient relevance, therapeutic priorities and implementation realities.

A stronger translation focus
ETPN2026 goes beyond science alone. The programme addresses scale-up, manufacturability, regulation, standardisation, industrialisation, funding constraints and the real bottlenecks that shape successful translation.

A high-value European community event
As the 21st annual ETPN event, this is one of the key in-person moments of the year for the European nanomedicine ecosystem.

Interaction from day one
The programme is intentionally structured to create exchange early, notably through the Day 1 poster symposium, strategic opening moments, community formats and networking opportunities throughout the event.

A strong mix of science, strategy and opportunity
The event combines keynote lectures, scientific sessions, innovation pitches, European project dissemination, brokerage and strategic discussion on the future of the field in Europe.
