Workshop Description:
This workshop will equip clinical supervisors, as well as supervisee, with hands-on tools to effectively engage in supervision and peer-to-peer consultation.
Learning Objectives:
- Address traits of ineffective supervision.
- Gain understanding of what ACS certification requirements are.
- Engage in interactive activities that identify the fit between supervisor and supervisee.
- Explore the difference between supervision and consultation and how to consult in an ethical manner.
