Join us for a weekly sound bath journey- every Sunday- this Sunday we will be at our cozy indoor location by the Grove (EXACT ADDRESS will be sent to you upon registration)
Each week there is a different theme and energy healing to align you with the energy of abundance, divine flow, unconditional love, inner peace and true purpose so you can create your dream life by aligning with the highest blessings. We invite you to a live sound bath experience to relax, rejuvenate and raise your vibration.

11/2 Heart Opening
Get ready to relax in a high vibe setting and experience a one of a kind sound journey with breathwork, guided meditation, live mantra and sacred instruments. This experience led by Ava Milva along with her team of healers will leave you relaxed, rejuvenated, clear and aligned.
Sound frequency is a powerful healing modality that heals on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level. By listening to certain frequencies our body responds by starting to vibrate in a more harmonious way which can promote well-being, state of bliss and joy and deeper relaxation as you allow yourself to be taken to higher realms of consciousness.
This journey is unique as it will incorporate several healing modalities to align you with your highest frequency.
What we will do:
* Light body warm up
* Breathwork
* Guided Meditation in the theme of the event
* Sound bath with live mantra and energy healing
Bring your yoga mat and a warm blanket to be cozy.
Optional: Bring your crystals to charge with positive energy

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Ava Milva was born in Europe (Bulgaria) and currently lives in Los Angeles, CA coming from a renowned lineage of healers. She has used her natural healing gifts to help others all of her life and has worked in music as a singer and composer since a very young age, recently producing her own music. Ava holds a BA from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL and is a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor and sound healer with years of experience teaching and creating uplifting events across the Los Angeles area. Ava uses the unique power of mantra music and the voice combined with sacred instruments to raise the vibration, heal and elevate. Ava is the founder and creator of Etherica, where she merges her creative and healing talents in a one of a kind experience that brings community together. Ava is also a certified practitioner in various energy healing modalities - Reiki, Clear Light Healing, Theta Healing and most recently Guided Light healing. She is also a trained intuitive guide who works one on one with people from all over the world to help them create the life of their dreams.
