What to Bring: This breathwork journey is best experienced lying down on your back. Wear comfortable clothes and bring whatever you need to be relaxed - yoga or inflatable mat, blanket, pillow, water, eye mask, etc. It's suggested to not eat solid food for at least a few hours before breathwork. Please be sure to come with an intention as well as a journal to write down any insights you may have afterwards.
Contraindications: Breathwork is intended as a personal growth experience and enhance well being and should not be looked upon as a substitute for psychotherapy. It is not appropriate for persons with the following:
1. Cardiovascular disease/heart conditions
2. Detached retina or glaucoma
3. Diagnosed brain or abdomen aneurysm
4. Epilepsy
5. Diagnosed bipolar or schizophrenia
6. Uncontrolled diabetes or thyroid conditions
7. High blood pressure
8. Delicate Pregnancy
9. Recent surgery or injury
