Essentrics is a gentle, low impact exercise that's based on ballet, tai-chi and a little bit of yoga.
If you're looking for an exercise that will help you tone all of your muscles in time for summer, this will definitely set you on the road to do that.
Not sure if you want to commit quite yet? Our class on March 24th is free for everyone!
After that you can join us for the remaining five classes in the season for only $40.
Classes are from 6:30-7:30pm every Tuesday

Drop in classes are $10/each.
