*PLEASE NOTE - Unlike many of our other classes, tickets for Knife Skills are sold individually. Meaning you'll select 1 ticket ($100) per person. You'll learn:
How to properly hold and handle knives
The knives you need in your kitchen and how to choose them
Essential cutting techniques and when to use each skill
Slicing, dicing, mincing, and chopping with celery, onion, tomatoes, bell peppers, jalapeños, garlic, parsley and carrots
Knife care, storage and safety

*PLEASE NOTE - Tickets for Knife Skills are sold individually. You'll select 1 ticket ($100) per person.
Each person will practice knife work alone, however you’ll share a station with another guest to make the soup. If you buy 2 tickets, you’ll be working with the other person in your party. If you buy 1 ticket, or an uneven number of tickets, someone in your party will be paired up with another guest to make the soup.
Hands-on instruction from professional chefs
2 drinks per person from our bar -- we offer a rotating selection of wines from small producers, local craft beer and seasonal cocktails. Additional drinks will be available for purchase.
A booklet of recipes from class

Do we cook in this class? Yes! We'll be chopping up various raw ingredients like peppers and onions that we'll use in a vegetable soup.
What do I need to bring? Not much! We'll provide the ingredients and knives for you to use in class
Is it fun? Yes. It's one of our most popular classes and a great place to start if you're looking to improve your skills!
Can I come alone? Absolutely! A lot of our guests in this class come by themselves. Please note that if you come as a solo (or in a group of 3 or 5), you'll be paired up with another guest to make the soup.

We prepare ingredients for each station in class, so advanced notice is required to accommodate any allergies or dietary restrictions. If someone in your party has an allergy or dietary restriction, please make a note on your registration or email us. If you have a dietary restriction or food allergy not addressed above, please reach out prior to registering for class as we may not be able to accommodate.
