Ann Kite returns to Philly 10/26 & 27 with a workshop offering! Essence of a Wave will examine the Wave, allowing us an embodied understanding of each rhythm. There will be time to connect, strengthening our bonds as a community. 5R workshops, known for their transformative nature, offer a tremendous opportunity for personal growth, and Ann is a skilled facilitator. This workshop is at Pig Iron and will run on Sat. 10/26 from 6-8:30 pm and Sun. 10/27 from 12-7 pm, with a Saturday night only option. Ann packed the floor last April, and we advise signing up early to guarantee yourself a spot.
