Our Esoteric Tantra Yoga course is a journey of awakening and self-discovery. It offers a space to explore who you truly are, to open the heart, and to bring more awareness and sacredness into daily life. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Tantra, yet shared in a down-to-earth, modern way, this course makes the life-changing methods and knowledge of Tantra accessible to today’s practitioner.

Each week we come together for an inspiring blend of theory, yoga practice, meditation and reflection. All aspects of life are addressed in the Tantra course, from energy, health, wealth, family and relationships, to the ultimate Supreme Realisation of the Self.
