About this Event

Esh Construction is hosting a Meet the Buyer event to give local subcontractors the opportunity to learn more about our pipeline of affordable housing refurbishment in Hull and new build schemes across the East Riding of Yorkshire and discuss how you can join our supply chain.

The event will begin with breakfast sandwiches and refreshments at 09:00 and a welcome and overview presentation will get underway at 09:30. Once the presentation concludes, breakout discussions will take place where you can chat with our commercial, operational and business development colleagues in more detail.

Who should attend?

Our refurbishment delivery arm is looking for subcontractors that have experience of delivering refurbishment work in occupied properties, such as houses, flats and bungalows, as well as sheltered housing or retirement living schemes.

Trades required for the refurbishment pipeline include: joinery (specifically kitchen installers), vinyl flooring installation, painting, labouring, wall tiling, plastering, roofing contractors, scaffolding, plumbing (including bathroom and boiler installers, and kitchen plumbing), and electrical (for full re-wires and partial upgrades).

Our new build housing delivery arm is looking for subcontractors that are experienced in working on new build housing, apartments and extra care projects on a medium scale with our schemes currently ranging from 65 up to 122 homes and units.

Trades required for the new build housing pipeline include: groundworks, masonry, scaffolding, windows and doors, mechanical and plumbing, electrical, roofing, joinery, plastering, fencing and landscaping.
