Crises, incidents and emergencies come in many shapes and sizes. From severe weather incidents such as flooding, droughts, wildfires, to reputational issues caused by poor customer service or a rogue member of staff. For some organisations, crisis management can even involve responding to violence, civil unrest and even terrorist attacks and for some it can even be something as simple a misjudged social media post.
